What is Flask (A Python Microframework)

Flask is a microframework for Python based on Werkzeug, Jinja 2 and good intentions. And before you ask: It's BSD licensed! Flask is a micro webdevelopment framework for Python. You are currently looking at the documentation of the development version.

Flask depends on two external libraries: the `Jinja2`_ template
engine and the `Werkzeug`_ WSGI toolkit.  These libraries are not documented
here.  If you want to dive into their documentation, check out the
